On-line mortgage firm announces the launch of its new national expansion

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif., Monday October 3, 2011] --- loanDepot.com, one of the nation’s largest online mortgage lenders, has opened a new origination center in Scottsdale, AZ. Scottsdale is loanDepot’s third origination center to open this year and is planned for 100+ loan originators and a variety of operations positions including loan processors. The office is located in North Scottsdale of the 101 freemeway and Raintree.

loanDepot is currently recruiting top performing loan originators, sales managers and loan origination teams for this location. While holding an NMLS license is preferred, it is not required. Additional positions are also being considered in recruiting, operations and office management.

In conjunction with the opening of the Scottsdale origination center, loanDepot has hired Mike Berte to build its national sales group. Mr. Berte, who will be based in Scottsdale, is a seasoned mortgage veteran who has spent the last 15 years building mortgage companies. His ability to hire, train and build a world-class origination team will be a key to loanDepot’s national growth plans. Mr. Berte will first launch the Scottsdale office, and then quickly build out additional origination centers throughout the country.
