The Second Annual War Heroes on Water Sportfishing Tournament (WHOW), held Aug. 15 – 18, off the waters of Santa Catalina Island, is one for the record books, with the Tournament generating an unprecedented amount of money raised, in addition to nearly doubling the number of veterans served by the Tournament.
