Alex Laurent

Jean Alex Laurent joined loanDepot over a decade ago as a Mortgage Loan Originator. For a decade he has been broadcasting on a radio show, teaching and educating the community on mortgage products. He has guided many to now have a clear understanding of their financial needs and goals. As a member of loanDepot Team, Alex was recognized in Mortgage Originator Magazine as a Top 200 Rookie Originator in 2003. He was ranked 27th in the country with loan volume of $24 million.
 
Alex offers his clients a level of expertise and analysis that goes beyond simply having competitive products and rates. Through broadcasting radio, he has understood the needs of his listeners. He is a specialist in the mortgage business finding benefits and alternatives for clients through the wide range of products available at loanDepot.
 
In 1991, Alex earned a BA in Fabrication Mechanics and Mechanical Engineering from the School of Technology Superior at Quebec University in Montreal, Canada. He is fluent in French and Creole.
