I was trained as a mortgage consultant at the Xinnix Academy in Atlanta GA. My six week training program included 90 different technical, financial, and business courses totaling more than 400 hours of education culminating in an intensive 3-part final exam. By completing this mortgage program I have earned the designation of Xinnix Certified Originator (XCO). What this training means for my clients is that they are working with a mortgage consultant who has chosen to invest time, money, and energy in a career where the industry norm is to have little or no training or education specific to the mortgage industry. The XCO designation puts me in an elite group of mortgage consultants across the United States, as only one half of one percent of the nation’s mortgage consultants has completed this extensive training program.
Prior to entering the mortgage industry I worked in the field of financial planning for eight years. I am a Registered Para-planner and hold several NASD Securities licenses. I believe my experience in the financial services industry is beneficial in helping my clients make the best mortgage decision for their unique circumstances.
As a home owner I understand the home buying process from both a home buyer’s point of view and a mortgage consultant’s point a view. My goal is to make the home buying experience pleasant and worry free for all my clients. I believe good communication is paramount to providing excellent customer service.
I chose to come to work for Network Home Loans because company values are in line with mine. Customer service is absolutely the most important aspect of our business.
