Why we should work together
With over 30 years of mortgage industry experience, there is a huge advantage to working with someone with a complete understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish. I listen to the dreams and goals of my customers and help them build future financial stability and make an informed decision by providing different options that will work for their individual situation. The majority of my customers become friends and I am privileged to be able to stay a part of their lives long after they have closed on their loan. Providing an unsurpassed level of service and mortgage information needed to make decisions, helps my customers make the best choices for their goals and provides an overall positive experience during the mortgage process. My customers are always prepared and comfortable when they go to their closing and have complete peace of mind in knowing they were guided by someone who cares.
Rate Assumptions — Rates displayed are subject to change and assumes that you are buying or refinancing an owner-occupied single family home, debt-to-income ratios of 35% or lower, asset and reserve requirements are met, and your property has a loan-to-value of 80% or less. The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is based on the loan amount and may include up to 3 points. (Points include any origination, discount and lender fees.) On adjustable-rate loans, interest rates are subject to potential increases over the life of the loan, once the initial fixed-rate period expires.
