About Callan
Callan Taylor wants to make sure that every customer she works with has the best customer experience ever.
“I am driven to help our customers get into their new home, or refinance their current home,” says Callan. “There have been many unique situations in which an issue has arisen, and my persistence in working with my borrower has enabled me to research options that resulted in a positive outcome, where others might have given up.”
When she’s not helping customers, Callan is challenging herself with distance running, triathlons, hiking, kayaking, cycling, swimming and paddle boarding. A determined competitor, Callan has completed numerous triathlons, often placing within the top three for her age division.
A specialist in helping first-time homebuyers, Callan’ is dedicated to helping customers get into their new home.
“Whether someone is looking to buy their first home or their fifth, it’s always a new experience,” explains Callan. “I always enjoy hearing about the new homes, and what their plans for the new home are.”
A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Callan estimates that she has helped more than 250 customers during her 2 and a half year career with loanDepot.
