“I am driven to help our customers get into their new home, or refinance their current home,” says Callan. “There have been many unique situations in which an issue has arisen, and my persistence in working with my borrower has enabled me to research options that resulted in a positive outcome, where others might have given up.”
When she’s not helping customers, Callan is challenging herself with distance running, triathlons, hiking, kayaking, cycling, swimming and paddle boarding. A determined competitor, Callan has completed numerous triathlons, often placing within the top three for her age division.

A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Callan estimates that she has helped more than 250 customers during her 2 and a half year career with loanDepot.
