David Clark has more than 18 years’ experience in the lending industry, having worked as a commodities broker and real estate investment portfolio advisor as well as a mortgage lender. He is credited with assisting more than two thousand customers since joining loanDepot.
“I’m driven to provide the best customer service,” says David. “In order to help my customers secure the home of their dreams, I provide clear and concise communication, I manage expectations and timelines and I make sure that they are well qualified before they being making an offer.”
A tireless advocate, David makes himself available to his clients seven days a week, 24/7 a day if they have questions or concerns.

When he isn’t assisting customers, David enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, two dogs and a cat. He also is active with Habitat for Humanity projects, has coached Little League baseball and has been active with his sons’ Boy Scout troop.
