About Greg
I’m Greg S. Baldwin, and I have dedicated over 30 years to the mortgage industry, specializing in all types of residential lending. Every day, I am inspired by the opportunity to help clients buy their dream homes or refinance their mortgages. I truly believe that what I do can change their financial future more than almost any other relationship they may have, and that drives me to be the best I can be. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep appreciation for all aspects of residential lending. There’s nothing quite like the joy of helping someone who never imagined they could own a home take that first step. Equally rewarding is assisting seasoned real estate investors in building their portfolios. What I enjoy most is looking back with my clients after a few years and witnessing the profound difference their decisions have made. Seeing them proud of their homes and knowing they have significantly increased their net worth is incredibly fulfilling. I have lived in Washington for over 50 years, where my wife and I have raised our children alongside numerous horses and dogs. Our family shares a passion for collectible and performance cars, as well as drift racing. I am also actively involved in our local church, giving back to the community that has supported us. As I often say, “Helping a client achieve their dream of homeownership is not just a job; it’s a privilege that can transform lives.”
