Jo Anna Grubbs

I’m Jo Anna Grubbs, a passionate mortgage originator with over 10 years of experience in the industry, having worked with esteemed companies like PRMI, Towne Mortgage of the Carolinas, Angel Oak Home Loans, Integrity Mortgage, and Summit Funding. My journey in this field has been incredibly rewarding, as I get to walk alongside individuals and families, advising them through one of the most significant purchases of their lives. What inspires me daily is the opportunity to provide for my family while being a trusted partner to my clients. I specialize in working with self-employed borrowers and first-time buyers, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the mortgage process. I take pride in being someone my clients can trust and refer to their friends and family. Outside of work, I am actively involved in my community. I volunteer with the Family Life Exchange Center, participate in the Community Garden, and engage with Central Carolina Women in Business through the Hillsborough Chamber of Commerce. When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy spending time with my two college kids, hiking with my two dogs, traveling, and finding peace in my garden.
