Typically, once the loan documents are signed and delivered back to us, you’ll receive your funding in 5 to 7 days!

About Joe
Joe has been in the mortgage industry for almost two decades. He spent three years as a realtor and has been a Loan Consultant for 16 years. He got into the mortgage business after realizing how much he loved helping customers when he worked in banking. His favorite part of his career is planning and strategizing with clients to help them reach their goals. To him, the most rewarding part of his job is helping families purchase their first home.
When he isn’t assisting his clients, Joe enjoys watching Bay Area sports teams, mountain biking, and doing triathlons—he’s a 2x Ironman Triathlon finisher. He’s a married father of four children, and he likes watching his kids compete in Jiujitsu and baseball/softball tournaments. He’s spent time volunteering for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society.
