About Jeannie
Jeannie Phanhthourath is a native Floridian with over three decades of experience in the mortgage industry. She has dedicated her career to guiding individuals and families through the homebuying process, starting in St. Augustine and now proudly calling Flagler County home. Jeannie is passionate about helping customers achieve financial success and finds inspiration in her family and living by the Golden Rule. She enjoys being a trusted partner when buying a home and takes pride in educating her customers along the way. With deep experience in Construction to Permanent, First Time Home Buyers, Conventional, FHA, and VA loans, including Equities, Jeannie is well-equipped to assist clients in various areas. Outside of work, she actively volunteers at schools and athletic organizations, serving as a SAC (School Advisory Council) Parent member, High School Football Booster Club Vice President, and Pop Warner Volunteer Coordinator.
