Kam joined loanDepot in 2019, bringing over three decades of professional experience in the financial sector. Through the years, she has held a variety of high impact roles at top banking institutions including Customer Service Manager, Investment Advisor, Financial Planner and most recently Loan Officer. Kam’s Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation allows her to successfully work alongside Financial Advisors to holistically integrate the mortgage into the bigger financial picture of her borrowers.
Kam’s decision to become a loan originator is a culmination of several factors that set her up for success. As lifelong investors and home “flippers”, Kam and her husband Nevin are very well versed in home builds all over Washington state and bring a keen eye for helping clients develop their financial portfolios through real estate. Secondly, Kam truly understands how important it is to simplify and streamline the entire mortgage experience for her clients. After moving from Canada, she experienced first-hand just how confusing and complex home financing in the United States can be. That’s why she strives to educate and advise her borrowers on the right property and best loan structure that fit their financial objectives.
Beyond the office, Kam enjoys time with her sons Jesse and Jonah, and stepson Dallas. Ocean lovers, she and her husband Nevin have fulfilled their dream of owning a home on the coast and hope to live there full-time in the future. As a family, they also enjoy the outdoors and camping.
If you are ready to explore your financing options, please don’t hesitate to contact Kam at the Bellevue branch.
