Katie Pelchar

After being raised in a small town on Mt. Hood, I continued on to Western Oregon University before traveling across the U.S., spending some time with family in Upstate New York. Eventually, I made my way back to Central Oregon and have lived in Bend since 2015. Since then, I’ve naturally adopted the Central Oregon Lifestyle. When I’m not assisting families with home financing, I spend most my time playing volleyball, mountain biking, snowboarding, trailing running with my dog, engaging in community events or enjoying live music—usually with a cold beer in hand. 

In 2017, I joined the mortgage industry as a Loan Officer Assistant and began helping families fulfill their dreams of home-ownership. I’m thankful to have an occupation that allows me to assist families in our community by finding them the best home financing option, so they can invest their time and money in the beauty that surrounds them.
