About Katherine
Katherine Seach has made it her mission to make a difference in people’s lives, one customer at a time. A graduate of the United States International University, Katherine dedicates herself to being available and supportive of her customers whatever the day of the week.
“I enjoy going the extra mile every time,” says Katherine. “It makes my day when I hear the joy in a customer’s voice when they realize that they can buy a home, and then again when they receive the keys.”
Katherine is enthusiastic about her ability to work with customers, not only to assist them with their lending needs, but also with the knowledge that she can pair them with a Realtor through loanDepot’s sister company, mellohome.
“Making that connection can mean that they could make an offer on a home before someone else does,” explains Katherine.
Katherine also enjoys working with Veterans, and guiding them through the different processes that they’ll need when shopping for a home.
The key to Katherine’s success? “I’m a great listener and I’m interested in my customers’ lives.”
When she isn’t assisting customers, Katherine enjoys spending time with family and friends and working out. An avid photographer, Katherine enjoys portraiture and nature photography. She also supports the Free Wheelchair Mission, Wounded Warriors and several other charities. She also maintains a separate website that supports, educates and empowers women.
