Marvin Carlos uses his 13-plus years’ in the mortgage industry to helping prospective homeowners achieve their goal of homeownership. Marvin, in addition to being a loan officer, has worked in title, processing and underwriting, giving him expansive insight into the entire loan process.
“My family and I bought our first home here in California in 2006, about a year into my career as a mortgage loan officer,” recalls Marvin. “Knowing how to prepare customers to satisfy lender guidelines plays a huge part in successfully closing a loan.”
A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, Marvin believes that providing excellent customer service and always doing the right thing is the only way to do business.
“Buying a home is a serious and important financial decision, and it is my responsibility to make sure that my customers are properly educated on all available options so that they can make the best choice for themselves and their family,” adds Marvin.
For Marvin, it’s exceptionally rewarding to know that he has made a positive impact on the livelihood of his customers.
When he isn’t assisting customers, Marvin enjoys traveling, hiking, snowboarding, volleyball and attending music festivals.
