Matt Franz credits his commitment and dedication to doing whatever it takes for his customers for his success.

“Mortgages are usually the biggest investments we make in our lives,” says Matt. “I understand how stressful the loan process can be, which is why I go above and beyond to ensure my customers are fully aware of every step and feel comfortable reaching out to me with any questions.”

A former three-year Varsity basketball captain and CIF semi-finalist, Matt understands how a strong work ethic is essential to successful outcomes.

“Hearing my customers sincerely thank me because I met and exceeded their expectations is my favorite part of the transaction,” says Matt. “It’s always my goal to make sure that I am communicative and supportive from beginning to end.”

When Matt isn’t assisting customers, he enjoys hiking and fishing with his family and spending time with his pet Husky. He also enjoys spending time in the gym and giving back at community charity events, including Charity 5ks.
