After completing her BS Degree in Business from the University of South Carolina, she began her career in property management before transitioning into the mortgage field. Michelle has worked in various roles, including loan originator, loan coordinator team lead, VP of Talent Acquisitions and Development, and operations support. She has a proven track record of success, having been a top originator for a JV builder account in the Charlotte, NC area for several years. Michelle is known for her exceptional customer service and her ability to develop and implement new processes and procedures that drive positive results. In addition to her professional achievements, Michelle is a lifelong learner who enjoys challenging herself with new ideas and projects. She finds inspiration in nature, enjoys creating things with her hands, and loves exploring new destinations and cultures with her fiance. Michelle is also actively involved in her community, donating her time and resources to local fundraisers and charities. She has a special place in her heart for veterans, the elderly community, and animals.
