We understand that purchasing a home is one of the biggest purchases in a lifetime. We've streamlined our process to ensure that the experience of obtaining your mortgage is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Typically, once the loan documents are signed and delivered back to us, you’ll receive your funding in 5 to 7 days!
Why we should work together
Prior to working with Mark, I've had three other mortgage loans in Colorado and California and can say that through this process Mark was by far the most available, most informative, most result focused of any of the mortgage brokers/loan officers I've worked with.
Mark was great in getting us a loan this last spring. He's a true solution finding problem solver and had a focused drive on earning our business. We had a complex transaction where we had to manage the sale of our home in Marin in order to purchase our new house in San Mateo and meet certain criteria due to the size and structure of the loan. We also had to time the application of the loan and finances correctly due to timing issues for us to avoid tax issues in the sale of our Marin home. We even had emergency repairs to manage prior to the sale that effected our finances.
Mark was there every step of the way from finding the right loan program for our situation, through managing weeks of uncertainty as our home was on the market while we were under contract for a new residence in Half Moon Bay.
He was clear as to what documentation I needed to provide, what additional information was needed at other intervals and what questions the underwriters would have in advance as well as what problems would come up after the underwriters reviewed the nitty-gritty of our application.
A few hurdles came up in the process with the sales of the two homes potentially being at stake for various reasons and Mark faced all of those issues head-on, finding solutions for the ones he could help with, providing experience and guidance for those that were not in his control and also working very closely with our real estate agent to make sure the timing of everything lined up. Through any of the challenges Mark kept us upbeat. Mark also has a large network of other resources he could refer us to assist in areas that weren't his expertise. Making that network available to us was a huge benefit as to general advice, or substantive service when we needed it.
Hopefully, I don't have to go through the home-buying/selling process anytime soon, but when I do I'll be looking to Mark to get any needed financing.

Mark is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Political Science. He is also a very accomplished golfer, winning the Southern California Junior Match Play Championship at age 17 and competing at PGA Tour Qualifying School. He still enjoys participating in various charity golf tournaments. Mark has been a Rotarian since 2013.
