My passion for both Real Estate and finance led me to the mortgage industry in 2006, three short months before the "meltdown". Prior to entering the business, my wife and I owned a restaurant in Downtown Brooklyn. It was a daring idea, being that we never worked a single day in a restaurant prior to the venture. Ironically, the 2 years spent there created an unbreakable fabric of determination and resilience that I carry into my mortgage practice every single day. It also helped me appreciate the importance of quality of life.
I enjoy helping everyone, from commercial property owners to young families similar to my own; navigate the intimidating world of Real Estate finance. Putting them in better positions to succeed- brightening futures in the process. I understand the anxiety that goes into buying a home or refinancing, so I make myself available anytime for my clients- including weekends and after normal banking hours. It's vitally important to me they are comfortable and know what to expect every step of the way.
Our volume based business model enables us to close in a fraction of the time, while offering lower rates than most lenders.
Putting our clients interest ahead of all else has helped us grow our business in this challenging environment. My life philosophies are simple- "without integrity, nothing works".
"Knowledgeable staff who answered our questions with confidence. They knew what they were doing."
"Immediately from the onset of the online application the experience was pleasurable and professional."
"loanDepot helped my wife and I purchase our retirement home. Being on a fixed budget, our loan officer took that into consideration and help us choose the right loan for our needs. Great customer service!"
