Rick Fletcher

Rick Fletcher joined team loanDepot in 2020 as a Divisional Builder Sales Manager for California and the Pacific Northwest. Previously, Rick was Vice President of Real Estate Operations for MBK Homes, where he led the company's award-winning sales and marketing team to record sales revenue and profit during his 12-year tenure. Under his direction, the MBK sales and customer care teams were consistently ranked #1 in the nation for overall purchase and ownership experience by Eliant.

Prior to MBK Homes, Rick held similar positions with The Olson Company, Richmond American Homes’ Los Angeles division and Barratt American Southern California. He is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a member of the Building Industry Association's Southern California and Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Councils.

Rick has been a featured speaker at the annual Pacific Coast Builder Conference, Metrostudy Housing Leadership Summit as well as the NAHB Webinar Wednesday series. He is the recipient of numerous industry professional awards including Salesperson, Sales Director and Marketing Director of the Year.
