In addition to these programs Roland specializes in Home Performance Lending and Green Homes. Roland is a mortgage professional who puts his client’s needs before his own. Roland has an Economics degree from UCLA. He also has earned his BPI (Building Performance Institute) building analyst certification. Additionally, he has been a guest speaker for SoCal Gas Home Energy Advisory Training, been interviewed by both Univision and Telemundo and spoken in front of CHERP groups, which is the Community Home Energy Retrofit Program. He understands all aspects of Home Performance Lending from how to finance the upgrades to how the upgrades work to improve the homes’ environment and the economics of why it benefits your client. He can show you how to properly structure a Home Performance package and make your clients very happy you introduced them to such a unique program.
