Honestamente no crei se aprobado para una casa pero me recomendaron a Rodrigo Ruiz y la verdad iso todo posible, trabajo mucho y rapido para que me aprobaran. Ahora gracias a Rodrigo mi familia y yo estamos felices con nuestra casa yo se los recomiendo. Su prioridad es la felicidad del cliente.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This was now my second time working with Rodrigo & his wonderful team and once again I have nothing but great things to say. I usually don’t write reviews, but when you have such a wonderful experience with someone it would almost be unfair not to share. At the beginning of the process I received multiple emails from his team introducing themselves and their role in the process (I loved that, since it can sometimes be a little confusing). 

During the process I was kept in the loop with everything that was going on assuring we were all on the same page. I don’t mean to exaggerate, but Rodrigo and his team were literally too  fast for everyone else involved in this transaction, the loan was complete and ready to go while we waited for sellers and their team to catch up. It was a wonderful experience!!! I’d highly recommend to anyone who wants to be in their new home as soon as possible.

I have to honestly state that I can’t imagine what my experience would’ve been like if I wouldn’t have had Rodrigo advising through this process!! My husband and I have never gone through this and as first time home buyers Rodrigo made us feel supported and relaxed! Any question was answered in detail and with patience! Very knowledgeable and honest about each step to finally get us into our home!

Last year my father and I finally decided to buy a home, and we didn’t really know much about the home buying process. We started working with Rodrigo and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. His assistant Gabriela was also great to work with her very cheerful and positive attitude.  My father is one to ask a million questions and call at all hours of the day, and either Rodrigo or Gabriela would be there to answer all questions, or would respond as soon as possible. Finding a new home was not easy, took time and headaches, but working with this dynamic duo, really made it that much easier for our family. They were very knowledgeable and very honest about each step to get us to finally becoming homeowners. I would definitely recommend them to others that are in the market for a new home and need the proper guidance to get them there. If I ever bought a home again I would not hesitate to contact Rodrigo and his team. They made our dream possible.
