Typically, once the loan documents are signed and delivered back to us, you’ll receive your funding in 5 to 7 days!

About Sean
Sean was a First Sergeant in the US Army before he began working as a realtor for eight years. He then decided to shift into the mortgage loan business. He really enjoys being able to help clients get on a path to homeownership, and he prides himself in being able to provide excellent service to all customers.
When he isn’t working, Sean enjoys golfing, traveling, college football, going to the beach, boating on the lake, and kayaking on the river. He has a wife, three adult children and two dogs. He and his wife enjoy helping out at their local food bank, serving food at a homeless shelter and giving out “blessing bags” to the homeless population during the winter months.
