I recently became a Certified Divorce Lending Professional because I have a strong passion for helping divorcing clients. When I am brought in during the divorce settlement process, the chances for clients to obtain mortgage financing significantly increases once the divorce is final (https://divorcelendingassociation.com/). There is often a huge disconnect between family law, tax law and real estate during a divorce. My goal is to improve that disconnect, add value to the divorce team and create outcome when the marital home is involved. I am always ready to meet my clients’ needs, no matter what hurdles stand along the way. 

Outside of the office, I stay active in my community. I am a part of the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce, Salem Association of Realtors and Salem Business Builders; a member of the Home Builders Association and National Divorce Lending Association; and a Board Member of the Salem Fire Foundation.
