Tim Brown comes to loanDepot with a fifteen-year track record as a top performer in the mortgage industry. As a loan originator, he has merited multiple accolades most recently reaching President’s Club at his previous company in both 2017 and 2018. Tim also serves as the branch manager for the Marietta branch of loanDepot. He had success managing branches throughout his career garnering Top Producing Branch Manager awards in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
A graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Brown credits his military service for instilling in him the importance of maintaining honor and integrity in all his pursuits. Tim believes this as the reason for quickly gaining the trust of clients in the mortgage application process. A mortgage is usually the most consequential financial transaction in a home buyer’s life so having that trust is of paramount importance. Tim credits his previous experience in medical device sales with simplifying even the most complex loan scenarios for his clients.

Many borrowers expect the mortgage process to be time-consuming and onerous but Tim spends additional time setting the proper expectations which results in a smooth transaction and a happy client at the closing table.
