Will Merritt

I’m Will Merritt, a passionate mortgage originator with a deep commitment to serving those who have served our country. I’ve been a licensed mortgage banker in Florida since 2007, and my journey in this field began in 2001. As a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, having served from 1989 to 1996 as an AT3, I understand the unique challenges that veterans and their families face during their transitions to civilian life and their PCS moves. What inspires me daily is the opportunity to assist fellow veterans in achieving their homeownership dreams. I specialize in VA Military and Veteran Home Advising, as well as FHA first-time homebuyer programs. There’s nothing more rewarding than the joy of closing day, where I get to celebrate with my clients as they step into their dream homes, often capturing those moments with pictures and gifts. I also cherish the relationships I build with my realtor partners, as we work together to create lasting connections that benefit our clients.

In my community, I serve as a Preferred Lender at Post 7 American Legion for Operation Hope, where I strive to give back and support those in need.
