FAQs

  1. Change the TV's input to HDMI 1.
  2. Match the TV's URL address to the one in the Collaboration List.
  3. Click the TV url from the list.
  4. Download AirMedia to your device.
  5. Run the AirMedia application.
  6. Enter the TV's code when prompted. (Code appears on the top right on the TV)
  7. Screen sharing will automatically begin.
    Tip: Be sure to stop sharing when you are finished.
You do not. You can connect directly to the TV with the AirMedia application on your device.
  1. Launch the AirMedia application on your device.
  2. Change the TV's input to HDMI 1.
  3. Enter the TV's URL or IP address into the application. (TV URL & IP appears on the top left of the TV screen)
  4. Enter the TV's code when prompted. (Code appears on the top right on the TV).
  5. Screen sharing will automatically begin.
    Tip: Be sure to stop sharing when you are finished.
It will not. Your device is sharing its screen over the WiFi network. You will need to explicitly stop the screen share to end the connection.
You will need AirMedia on your device in order to connect to an AirMedia compatible TV.
Go to Downloads to see all your download options.
  1. Click the TV url from the list.
  2. Click Remote View.
Yes, you will need AirMedia on your device to connect to an AirMedia compatible TV. Proximity will be phasing out and the replacement is AirMedia. Spark will be needed to connect to the Spark TVs.
