Once your loan has been transferred to a permanent servicing facility, you will receive a Transfer Letter that will provide information such as the name of your new servicer, your new loan number as well as contact and payment information. If your loan was transferred to our New Jersey Servicing Center, the information below will assist you in making future payments. If you are not sure whether your loan has been transferred, please contact our Customer Service Department at (866) 258-6572 between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm CST and we will be happy to assist you.
Making your first payment?
Now that you’ve completed the closing process, you’ll start making regular loan payments. Those payments may include
additional funds that we’ll use to pay your homeowner’s insurance premiums, and/or property taxes. Learn more about making your first payment
As a loanDepot customer, you can access your account information and make payments at www.loandepot.loanadministration.com. If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to register first.

Other Payment Options
You can set up monthly Automatic Payment Drafting after registering for online access at www.loandepot.loanadministration.com. If you are interested in our Budgeting Drafting program, please contact a Customer Service Representative at (877)-420-4526 to request more information and the forms required to sign up for this program.
An important note: if you choose to set up Automatic Draft or Budget Drafting payments, you must continue to make your regular monthly payment by mail or online until you receive notification that your new payment option has been processed and is effective.
Property Taxes and Homeowner’s Insurance
If you pay your property taxes or insurance premiums through your regular monthly mortgage payment, (this is sometimes called an escrow account), and you receive a bill from your taxing authority or insurance provider, please mail the statement to us at the following address:

Personal Loan Payments

If you are interested in paying off your loan in full, please contact our Servicing Department at 855-241-6424, Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 7:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am – 1:00pm, Pacific Time. One of our Servicing Representatives will provide you with a 10 Day payoff quote that includes per diem interest. If you submit a payoff that does not cover the entire balance owed, our Servicing Team will contact you to arrange for the remaining balance. Payoffs made by mail should be sent to loanDepot Personal Loans, P.O. Box 504125, San Diego, CA 92150-4125.
