If you are not sure whether your loan has been transferred, please contact our Customer Service Department at (866) 258-6572, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Central Standard Time and we will be happy to assist you.
If you received a letter notifying you that your loan has been transferred to our New Jersey servicing center, please review the information below to understand all options available going forward.
One Time Payment
First, you’ll need to register for online access at www.loandepot.loanadministration.com. You will need your new loan servicing number that was provided to you in the Transfer Letter. After you've registered, you can set up online payments in just a few moments.
This may assist you in reducing the total amount of interest you pay over the life of your loan. If you are interested in our Budgeting Drafting program, please contact a Customer Service Representative at (877) 420-4526 to request more information and the forms required to sign up for this program.
Monthly Auto Drafting
This allows your servicer to draft your monthly mortgage payment each month. A one-time set up is required. You can set up monthly Automatic Payment Drafting after registering for online access at www.loandepot.loanadministration.com
An important note: if you choose to set up Automatic Draft or Budget Drafting payments, you must continue to make your regular monthly payment by mail or online until you receive notification that your new payment option has been processed and is effective.
Payments By Mail
You can also mail payments to the address below. (Please be sure to write your loan number on your check.) If you have not received a Transfer Letter, please mail payments to the payment address listed on your monthly statement.
