Hi, I’m Ashley Pawley, a mortgage originator with five years of experience and a deep-rooted connection to the real estate world—coming from a family of realtors and appraisers, I naturally gravitated toward the “nerdy” side of the business. Working with loanDepot, I’m proud to help clients navigate the mortgage process with confidence and clarity. What drives me every day is my family—especially my nephews—along with my personal goals, the challenge of proving to myself that I can overcome tough obstacles, and yes, my two quirky cats, Tax and Pebbles.
I’m inspired by growth, good people, big dreams, and, of course, great food. Serving a strong military community, I have a special passion for VA loans, particularly for first-time buyers. There’s nothing more rewarding than guiding someone through what can feel like an overwhelming process and seeing their pride when they realize homeownership is within reach. I thrive on learning about unique loan products because I love a good challenge. What I enjoy most about my work is transforming initial panic into excitement. Helping clients move from “there’s no way I can buy this house” to “wait… we can actually do this” is truly the best part of my job.
Outside of work, I’m an avid supporter of local restaurants—keeping them thriving one meal at a time. I’m also a proud aunt to two energetic kids who keep me laughing and the “unpaid landlord” to two sassy cats. I believe in showing up, working hard, helping others whenever I can, and finding humor in life’s chaos. Celebrating wins and embracing challenges with a smile is how I approach every day.
