Property Taxes – Escrow
If you receive a current tax bill for any tax item that appears on your escrow analysis, please do not send us your tax bill. We will work with your current tax collector to pay your taxes on time. If your taxes are delinquent, please contact the loanDepot Tax Department using the information below.
Property Taxes – Non-Escrow
If you do not pay your property taxes through your regular monthly mortgage payment and receive a letter from loanDepot advising you that your taxes are delinquent, please send proof of payment to us at:
