Ammie Spahr

Ammie joined loanDepot in 2018, bringing over three decades of valuable industry experience. Throughout the years, she has held a variety of roles in the servicing aspect of lending, including Pricing, Secondary Market, Document Control, Special Project Team, Foreclosure/Bankruptcy and REO. She also sold real estate for a few years before becoming an originator. Due to her commitment, Ammie was recognized at Sales Leader Club from 1995 to 2021 and Top Lender in the area for both sales and customer service. She’s also a winner of the Springfield Board of Realtors Affiliate of the Year. 

Ammie has always had a passion for helping people and knack for crunching numbers, therefore becoming a Loan Consultant was an obvious choice for her. Throughout the years, she has developed a true passion for mortgages, taking great pride in assisting families with their goal of achieving homeownership, guiding clients throughout one of the most important decisions of their lives is something Ammie finds very rewarding. 

When she’s not busy originating loans, Ammie enjoys giving back to her community, decorating, fitness and fundraising. She has been married to her best friend for over 30 years and has two children, Paige and Will.
