I’m Denise Pantaleon, a dedicated mortgage originator with a rich history in the industry that began after earning my BA from the University of Florida and a Master’s degree from UCF. Before fully immersing myself in mortgages, I spent time in sales, which helped shape my client-focused approach. From 2003 to 2018, I owned and operated my own mortgage and title company, gaining invaluable experience. Since then, I have contributed to the growth of local real estate mortgage divisions in Central Florida and currently bring my expertise to Loan Depot. What drives me every day is my family and a deep sense of gratitude for the blessings in my life. Helping people find solutions that lead to their dreams, peace of mind, and eventual retirement is truly fulfilling. I have extensive experience across all mortgage areas, including non-qualified mortgages, allowing me to tailor solutions to each client’s unique needs. I see myself as an advisor who always keeps my customers’ short- and long-term goals at heart. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is guiding first-time homeowners through the exciting—and sometimes challenging—transition to homeownership, showing them how it can build lasting wealth. I strive to make this journey as smooth and memorable as possible.
I live in Windermere, Florida, with my husband Ed, to whom I’ve been married for 31 years, and we have three wonderful grown sons. When I’m not working, you’ll find me enjoying a good Pilates class or taking a long walk on the beach with my dog.
