Hello, I’m Dan Wiedmer, and I bring five years of dedicated experience in the mortgage industry, primarily working behind the scenes as a loan officer assistant. During this time, I have helped close hundreds of deals, gaining deep knowledge especially in FHA loans, first-time homebuyer programs, and down payment assistance options.
What truly drives me every day is my passion for educating clients and guiding them toward achieving the American Dream of homeownership. I believe every client has a unique story, and I am honored to help write a meaningful chapter in their journey by turning their dreams into reality. With over 20 years in sales and customer service, I approach every challenge with determination—where there’s a will, there’s a way. I never take no for an answer and will exhaust all options to find the best solution for my clients.
Outside of work, I’m a family man—married with a wonderful daughter—and we share our home with three dogs and a cat. I’m also an avid golfer who enjoys the outdoors, woodworking, and remodeling our house, which keeps my creativity flowing.
