Raised in the small picturesque town of Woodland Park, Colorado, Erica developed an appreciation for the outdoors at an early age.  She loves the mountains and the active lifestyle Colorado provides.  She moved to Fort Collins in 1996 and is a proud graduate of Colorado State University.  When not immersed in the world of mortgage finance she can be found hiking, golfing, boating, or snowboarding and is always on a quest for a good burger or a fine glass of wine.
