Before his lending career, Eddie spent time in the bicycle industry, a passion that continues to inspire his active lifestyle. Living in Prescott with his wife Sue and their canine family, Eddie enjoys mountain biking and gravel cycling, sharing these passions with his wife. He is also a bass player, currently building a band with a drummer, reflecting his eclectic and specific taste in music.
Eddie’s approach to mortgage lending is deeply client-focused; he prefers to work closely with customers, understanding their unique needs and motivations to craft tailored financial solutions. He is particularly enthusiastic about assisting first-time homebuyers and offering solution-based lending through non-QM products such as DSCR, Bank Statement, and 1099 programs. Beyond his professional work, Eddie contributes to the community as a member of the PAAR community outreach committee and coaches high school and middle school mountain biking, fostering healthy habits in young athletes.
