John Hollinger

With nearly four decades in the mortgage industry, I bring 38 years of experience, including over 32 years dedicated to developing, mentoring, and leading sales professionals. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of building and leading teams of all sizes — from intimate groups of five to organizations exceeding one thousand team members. I spent 13 impactful years with Diablo Funding and 17 years with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, experiences that shaped my leadership philosophy and commitment to excellence.

What inspires me every day is the opportunity to help people grow — both internally and externally. I am deeply passionate about supporting our team members as they develop personally and professionally, while also helping our customers build long term wealth through the power of homeownership. Watching others realize what they are capable of is what fuels me.

The most rewarding part of my work is helping individuals and families who never believed homeownership was possible. Guiding someone from doubt to confidence — and ultimately handing them the keys to their own home — is incredibly meaningful to me. Homeownership is more than a transaction; it’s a foundation for stability, pride, and generational wealth, and I’m honored to play a part in that journey.

I’ve spent the better part of the last 40 years investing in my own personal growth, qualities, and leadership skills so that I can pass that knowledge, experience, and wisdom on to the people I lead. Developing others has always been my greatest professional passion.

Outside of work, I am energized by endurance sports and the outdoors. I enjoy running, cycling, swimming, hiking, and staying active whenever possible. I’m also passionate about snow and water skiing, and I believe maintaining physical and mental discipline carries directly into professional success.
