Typically, once the loan documents are signed and delivered back to us, you’ll receive your funding in 5 to 7 days!

About Kole
With just a couple years in the mortgage industry under his belt, Kole is already a star, qualifying for the 2021 Scotsman Guide and looking to do the same for 2022. His favorite part of the job is working to find the best solution for his clients. Whether that’s buying their first home, investing in a property for passive income, or refinancing their mortgage to consolidate debt or pay for their kid’s college, he enjoys helping them through the process.
